Every DataStun customer has a share link that earns 15% of every payment their referred customers make — monthly, for 24 months per customer, and beyond while they stay active. Professional sellers climb a real ladder: Dealer 25%, Distributor 30%, Master Distributor 35% plus a 5% team override. No sales quota to start, no cost to join, no cap on how many customers you bring.

How the 5% override works

Master Distributors build organizations. Recruit Dealers, and you earn 5% of the referred revenue your recruits generate — on top of their own 25–30%, not out of it.

One level, ever

The override reaches exactly one level: the Dealers and Distributors you personally recruited. There are no chains, no downlines, no pyramid math — this is a channel program, not a scheme.

Rides the same rails

Your override releases when your recruit’s commission releases — same refund window, same holds, same monthly batch. If their month doesn’t pay, neither does your override.

Graduation ends it

When a recruit becomes a Master Distributor themselves, your override on their book ends — they’ve outgrown it, and their own recruits are theirs.

The terms, up front

24 months per customer

Each referred customer pays commission for 24 billing months — counted, not dated, so pauses don’t cost you months.

Longer while you’re active

Months past a customer’s 24th keep paying while your referral pace holds up or your book sustains $500/mo. Go quiet and they pause; come back and they resume.

Monthly payouts, $50 minimum

Released commissions batch monthly. Smaller balances roll forward and never expire. 60-day hold per new customer, 30-day refund window per month.

Selling professionally? The Dealer application is five fields on the same page. Approval moves your whole book to 25%.

3 · Grow the book

Your dashboard shows referred revenue, your progress to the next level, and every payout. Distributor promotion is automatic — no negotiation, no renewal call.

Program terms

  1. What you earn. A percentage of the payments your referred customers actually make to DataStun — not list prices, not projections. Customer Referrer 15%, Dealer 25%, Distributor 30%, Master Distributor 35% plus a 5% override on referred revenue from Dealers they recruited (one level only — there are no deeper chains).
  2. How long you earn it. Each referred customer pays commission for 24 billing months from their first payment. Months are counted, not dated — if a customer pauses and resumes, you don’t lose months.
  3. Earning past 24 months. Commission months beyond a customer’s 24th keep releasing while you’re an active partner: your new paying referrals over the trailing 12 months are at least half your best-ever 12-month pace (minimum one), or your referred customers total at least $500/month in revenue. If you go inactive, those extra months are skipped — skipped months don’t retroactively pay out, but future months resume as soon as you’re active again. Your first 24 months per customer are never subject to this test.
  4. When money moves. Each commission month releases after its 30-day refund window, and no earlier than 60 days after that customer’s first payment (a one-time hold per customer, not per month). Released commissions pool and pay out monthly once your balance reaches $50; smaller balances roll forward and never expire.
  5. Refunds and cancellations. A refunded month never pays commission. If a customer cancels or downgrades to free, accrual stops with their payments — commissions already released to you are yours.
  6. Your rate is your level’s rate. Commissions are computed at your partner level when each month releases — advance to a higher level and your existing referred customers start paying you the higher rate from the next release.
  7. Levels. Anyone can share their link at 15%. Dealer (25%) is by application and review. Distributor (30%) is automatic at $2,500/month in referred revenue, reviewed monthly with a grace period before any step-down. Master Distributor (35% + 5% override) requires $10,000/month in referred revenue and a signed partner agreement.
  8. Fair play. No self-referrals, no referring accounts you control, no paying or rebating people to sign up, no bidding on DataStun trademarks. We may correct commissions produced by abuse. Program terms may change prospectively — changes apply to future months, never to commissions already released.
